The
Costa de la Luz stretches over 300km of coastline, from Ayamonte,
on the border with Portugal, to Punta de Tarifa in the Straits of
Gibraltar.
Costa de la Luz straddles two provinces of lower Andalucia, Huelva and Cadiz
and includes several nature reserves of national importance such as the Doñana
National Park.
The area offers visitors and residents miles of sandy, unspoilt beaches and nature in its purest form.
This combination is perhaps the
main attraction for deciding to live in this part of Spain.
Costa de la Luz has not been in as much in demand as its neighbour, the
Costa Del Sol, although the area is now attracting more visitors and
residents who are seeking a more tranquil lifestyle.
