We are a family run business and first opened our doors in October 1999.  After being in the Estate Agency Business for many years I decided to take on the challenge of proving to myself and my clients that I could provide a friendly and efficient service in my own right.

Our office is ideally situated in a prime position on the corner of Lord Street and Warren Street, Fleetwood.  I myself am responsible for the Valuations and keeping our Property Management Service running smoothly.

We are open seven days a week and have a LATE NIGHT OPENING ON THURSDAYS including a FREE Mortgage Clinic,  to try and help our clients that cannot see us during normal office hours.

We offer a comprehensive MANAGEMENT SERVICE which is incorporated in our lettings department, and don't forget our FREE INDEPENDENT MORTGAGE ADVICE.
