Desk Ideas In any office, it is vital that you have a good seat and plenty of room for your legs under the desk. Add small shelves to the top of the desk to keep all your papers organised. Cupboards At bottom of the shelving area add a cupboard. Paint this in the colour scheme. On each cupboard door cut out a square panel. On the back of each door, attach a bamboo blind.
